The hotel is a true gem in Venice. it met our expectation and beyond! the staff was extra friendly and helpful. we got a free breakfast for the first morning and it was wonderful. they offered breakfast for 10 euros for the following days - very reasonable price. the location is right in the middle of everything, and only a 3 minutes walk from the waterbus station, so transportation from and to the airport is extremely easy. the room was small, but had everything we needed. very clean, very well kept, the entire hotel has a beautiful design - modern facilities with a touch of an antique style. we loved it! front desk is open 24 hours, so check in and out could be flexible. in fact, we've arrived earlier than the official check in time and the room was already made for us. highly recommended for a romantic vacation in Venice!

The hotel is perfectly situated just steps from the iconic Ponte di Rialto, tucked away in a quiet corner that opens directly to one of Venice's charming canals—offering an ambiance that feels quintessentially Venetian. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and a modern, clean bathroom that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The presence of a small yet practical elevator was a welcome surprise, making it effortless to bring our luggage to the fourth floor—something not always common in Venetian accommodations. The combination of its prime location, thoughtful amenities, and authentic atmosphere made our experience truly delightful.

The decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. It was quiet. Martina at the front office was the best host/concierge I have ever experienced from all the countries I have visited. She was so knowledgeable of all services provided around to match our needs and what we wanted out of this trip. She pretty much made our agenda of things to do and made reservations for us at all the places. Even made reservations for us on the mainland Mestre. Her directions were on point all the time, we never got lost!!! She was very patient, super friendly and so helpful her service overall was exceptional! We need more Martina’s around the world :)

I picked this hotel because it seemed a new hotel in comparison to the rest of the hotels in Venice and it was, which I liked it. However, what I didn’t like is that the room is very very small and that you have to leave your room card at the lobby every time you go out of the hotel, but besides that, it has a good location, like 7 minutes away from Rialto which is really good if you arrive to Venezia Santa Lucia railway station. The internet was good, the room was very clean and the furniture is well maintained.

Hotel is in a great Venice location. Plenty of shops, restaurants and the Rialto Bridge and Grand canal with ‘bus’ stops are all within a few minutes walk. St Marks Square is less than 10 minutes walk. Hotel has lovely classic decor and was spotlessly clean. Room was very quiet despite the central location. Room fairly small but not untypical for a European city. Staff lovely. Breakfast fairly basic but reasonably priced. Would definitely return here for our next Venice stay and would recommend.
